In the region a lot of food riots are breaking out. And in 2011 people came to the conclusion that if failure to provide security, undermines the vary reason of existence of the political system. Meaning that the people are depending on the government to lower food cost and to help with farming. Only to produce food that is needed for the people and the local community or tribes.
